On the Job Training
Overview
On the Job Training (RTO 70023) is a registered training organisation that provides real life training & assessment for high risk work licences, both at customer sites and our training yard with our own machinery including 8 cranes. Our focus is on quality learning, with our mission to create a safer and smarter construction industry, so that students leave the training yard as prepared as possible.
We have additional learning support online. With access to videos, podcasts and documents available anytime, our goal is to help facilitate all learning styles. Existing skills and experience are always taken into account for training on an individual basis.
Our main site is situated where the Gold Coast meets Brisbane at Stapylton, near the end of the Logan Motorway. It is set up as a construction service site with all relevant machinery to get that real-life experience.
We also have Construction Skills Queensland funding available for eligible students. Discounts available for booking more than one course. Our students often book their next course with us before completing their first one!

Specialists in high risk work licence training
We're experts in high risk work training - including dogging, rigging, scaffolding, crane, forklift, elevated work platform, hoist & telehandler operating courses at all levels. Short courses such as working safely at heights are also conducted regularly.

Experience with a variety of machinery including 8 cranes
Our training yard is set up as a construction service site. We constantly invest in additional machinery, to ensure our students get to operate many of the cranes a licence may encompass, including tower and self-erecting tower cranes.

Quality learning delivery with smallest student to trainer ratio
Not only do we have the smallest student to trainer ratio in the industry, we also support all learning styles with additional online resources, including videos, podcasts and documents so you can focus on getting hands-on with the machinery.
